What began as a sub-broking partnership in 2008 has evolved into one of Guwahati’s most trusted AMFI Registered Mutual Fund Distributors. Anamika Goswami and Pranjal Sarma started their journey with Religare Broking Ltd., driven by a belief that quality financial products and services should be accessible to everyone. By 2012, they expanded into mutual funds and insurance, building lasting relationships with every client. Over more than a decade, their client-centric approach transformed a 12-client venture into an organization serving nearly 1,000 families. In 2023, they incorporated Redolent Financial Broking Pvt. Ltd.

Pranjal Sarma
Founder & Director
CFP CertifiedAn M.Com (Finance) graduate from Gauhati University and Certified Financial Planner with nearly two decades of experience. Pranjal began his career as Assistant Professor at KC Das Commerce College before joining Stock Holding Corporation in 2007. In 2008, he established his own venture in broking, mutual funds, and financial services. He has also served as guest faculty in finance at Gauhati University and other reputed institutions.
Anamika Goswami

CFP CertifiedAnamika Goswami is an MBA (Finance) graduate from Gauhati University and a Certified Financial Planner with over 18 years of experience in the financial services industry. She began her career with Stock Holding Corporation in 2005 and ventured into entrepreneurship in 2008, establishing her own business in broking and mutual fund advisory. With a strong foundation in financial planning and investment management, she is dedicated to helping clients achieve their financial goals through informed and strategic decisions. Her meticulous attention to regulatory adherence and operational efficiency has been a cornerstone of the company's growth from 12 clients to nearly 1000.
